Born in Cork City, Ireland, Brendan immigrated to the US in 1985 and opened his first design studio along the historic road of Virginia Drive in the Lake Ivanhoe Business District inside a building originally constructed in 1924. With a Civil Engineering background, Brendan was able to build one of the best-known custom cabinetry businesses in Central Florida that utilizes the building blocks of hard work, dedication and exceptional design skills.
Over the years, Brendan has achieved an excellent reputation of designing beautiful kitchens and interior spaces for thousands of residential and commercial clients.
In 2003, the facility was renovated and transformed into a unique design studio showcasing state of the art equipment and an award winning design team that focuses on providing the best design services in the market. Displaying new design concepts, the ability to design “outside the box,” and dedication to customer service have been the key of success for CCI.
When Brendan is not designing, he is kept busy coaching both of his daughters’ ACYS soccer teams; which came easy to Brendan due to him growing up playing Rugby in Ireland as well as competing and serving as President for the Orlando Rugby Club from 2005 to 2009. Brendan hopes that one day he can also become his daughters mentors on perfecting their own design technique.
“Our design studio is fully functional and we are quite proud of it. We would love to show it to you,” Says Brendan. His continued optimism and positive attitude has kept this business owner at the top of his field.

With over 15 years of exciting Kitchen and Bathroom designs under her belt, Róisín loves what she does every day. Hailing from Dublin, Ireland, design and craftsmanship runs deeply in her blood as her Grandfather was an amazing Tradesman and Draftsman. To this day, one of her prize possessions are his original drafting tools which were passed down through the generations.
With a degree in construction management no element is missed when working on a project, from conception to completion attention to detail is never lacking.
As an international traveler and avid researcher of current trends, Roisin’s designs bridge the gap between contemporary American style and the sophistication of their modern European counterparts. This mindset and work ethic has helped a number of European as well as American clientele segue into their new homes in the Central Florida area.
“Seeing the joy in someone when they get to move into a completed space makes me so proud of my work and how I spend my days” says Róisín
Marie was introduced to the world of kitchen design after many years in the restaurant supply business on Long Island, NY. Utilizing that experience, she eased into the residential design very naturally.
Over the last 10 years, she has been designing cabinetry for homes of all sizes, from small apartments to large high end homes.
She herself loves entertaining, regularly cooking up a storm for friends and family. Marie’s motto is “the kitchen is the heart of the home, no matter the size”.
Aimee has always shown a strong passion for Interior Design. As a child growing up, Aimee spent hours drawing residential interiors and soon took her skills to the drafting table at her high school with the dream to become a designer.
Graduating from Stetson University with a degree in Psychology and Sociology, Aimee pursued another avenue - corporate training and performance improvement. With the growth of her family, Aimee then became a full time mom and focused her time on raising her kids and rekindling her love for Interior Design. Soon enough, the opportunity to return to school presented itself and she took it; becoming a designer with a specialty in Kitchen and Bath Design.
When Aimee is away from the design studio, she enjoys traveling, new cuisine and spending time outdoors with friends and family. Any given afternoon, you will find her at the horse barn; watching her daughter practice for the next equestrian show…or at the baseball field cheering on her son. She feels a family that plays together, stays together.
“One of my favorite things about working here at CCI, is seeing the clients’ excitement as we work together to bring their dreams into reality. It’s great to hear ‘I love it,’ once they are moved in and using the finished space!”
